14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at sales@jordanoffers.net. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges: For a faster resolution, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
