Refunds: We offer refunds only in the event of a product issue from our end. If the product is in perfect condition and you have simply changed your mind, we do not provide refunds.

14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at sales@jordanoffers.net. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a faster resolution, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
